WHAT IS INVOLVED?

VENUE – SEAMILL HYDRO HOTEL AYRSHIRE

• If you are drinking and can’t drive to Seamill and leave the car – get the train to Westkilbride 
• 11-12PM – ARRIVE COFFEE CAKE
• 12.30-2PM – 10K STEPS WALK
• 2.30-3.30PM – WORKOUT (OPTIONAL)
• 3.30 – 5PM BREAK + SHOWER ETC
• 5.15PM ARRIVAL DRINK
• 5.30-6.45PM  – 3 COURSE MEAL
• 6.45PM – 7.45PM – PRESENTATION + DRINKS
• 8PM+ CATCH UP DRINKS AND MINGLE
• 9pm – LIFTS TO WESTKILBRIDE STATION 

How much is it? – £25 will include all that 1 drink token and food

Accommodation – some of you will be travelling from further than Glasgow. There will be lifts to Glasgow but for those who wish to stay overnight we will need advanced noticed to secure a room. Say my name and this event when you are booking

Can I bring a plus 1? 100 percent I just need notice and £25 payment for them
