Five Ingredient Meals was my first-ever recipe book, and, interestingly, it came about by accident. Any following that I’ve gained was actually a result of this book. The simplicity of the recipes, with only five ingredients, appealed to people.
I posted a random recipe from the book, which went viral, and people seemed to like it, so I kept going.
There are over 50 recipes in the book. They taste great, but more importantly, they are incredibly simple. I believe the success of the book is largely due to this simplicity.
